1. 使用電子郵件來建立一個賬戶
2. 預設密碼為您的生日(yyyymmdd)
3. 驗證賬戶
4. 在各欄位填寫正確的信息
5. 上傳所需的掃描文件
6. 提交申請

Before using this system, please make sure that your browser can display Chinese characters correctly.

The detailed steps are as follows:
Step 1: Use your email to create an account
Step 2: The default password is your birthday (yyyymmdd)
Step 3: Verify your account
Step 4: Fill in the blanks with the correct information
Step 5: Upload your scanned documents
Step 6: Submit your application
